Products may be available exclusively online through the website. These Products may have limited quantities and are subject to a refund only according to our Shipping and Refunds Policy.

Reignbo will make all reasonable efforts to monitor stock quantities and ensure that when Products are temporarily unavailable, these Products will be highlighted as “out of stock”. When Products are no longer available after the conclusion of a sale, Reignbo will notify you, and you will be entitled to either select another Product or choose to receive a full refund of your purchase.

We have made every effort to display the colours and images of our Products that appear at the store as accurately as possible. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate. All products are handmade, and we cannot guarantee that the colours will match those displayed on the product images.

Reignbo takes reasonable efforts to ensure that descriptions of Products and pricing are correct. This information may change at any time without notice, at the sole discretion of Reignbo. We reserve the right to discontinue any Product at any time.

We do not warrant that the quality of any Products, information or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations or that any errors in the Product will be corrected.
