Shipping Policy

Each product is handmade, and the production may be affected by loadshedding, which may create delays. Please allow 3-4 days for the processing of products.

Products are shipped through two main methods; pudo, utilising the locker collection option; and courier, with delivery to a specified address.

Once processing is complete and you have received a message stating that your package is on its way, shipping will take approximately 1-4 business days.

When you receive the notification stating your package has arrived at one of the pudo lockers, you will have 36 hours to pick up your package.

If you don’t pick up your package within the deadline, it will be sent to the closest pudo Kiosk/Depot.

You can also ask to resend your package to a pudo locker nearest you or an alternative address at an additional cost.

Reignbo cannot be held liable for any damages or delays caused by the courier, as we take all reasonable precautions to ensure your package is protected for shipping.

 

Courier

Refunds

Eligibility for Refunds

  • We offer refunds within the first 30 days of your purchase; if 30 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund.
  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it.
  • The item must be in the original packaging.
  • All products are handmade and may not look the same as the image on the website. A difference in appearance does not constitute a defect.
  • To complete your refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • To process a refund, we require photos of the defects or damages.
  • Only regular-priced items may be refunded; sale items cannot be refunded.
  • If the item in question was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you would receive a gift credit for the value of your refund.

We only refund items if they are defective; damages during transport are not included in refunds as all reasonable precautions are taken to ensure products are shipped in protective packaging and are undamaged before being shipped.

Late or missing refunds

  • If you are still waiting for a refund, recheck your bank account. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
